The electrolytic copper is melted and processed for chemical composition adjustment in the protective atmosphere of high efficiency induction furnace in conformance to DHP, DLP and ETP norms according to customer inquiry. The molten metal transferred from melting furnace to casting furnace continuously cast by vertical strand caster in the form of billet with the assistance of automatic feeding and level controlling unit. Then molten metal, transferred into the holding and casting furnace, vertically cast continuously in the forms of billets by means of automatic level control system. Our billets are produced in Ø175 mm (7 inch), Ø230 (9 inch) and Ø305 mm (12 inch) standard diameters, and cut in requested lengths by flying saw that is synchronized to the casting system.
