Demisaş A.Ş., established in 1974, has a factory located in Vezirhan, Bilecik. On these premises, there are two separate foundries, a cupola furnace and induction furnace where melting takes place and 5 Disamatic Moulding Lines where the production takes place in accordance with national and international standards. The company manufactures hermetic compressor parts, scroll compressor parts, and nodular and gray iron, brake discs, vented brake discs, hub drums, flywheels, exhaust manifolds, rings, brake cylinders, brackets and brake security parts for the automotive industry and also parts for white goods industry. With the biggest cupola furnace in Turkey, the annual production capacity of the company is 80.000 tonnes, nearly 90% of which is exported. The company went public in July 1997. 44% of its capital is owned by Sarkuysan A.Ş. The head office of the company is at the Sarkuysan headquarters located in Darıca, Kocaeli.

The company successfully undertakes projects as a manufacturer and subcontractor particularly for the wire and cable industry since establishment in 1991. Also offers solutions to environmental issues as agents of some prominent European companies in the field of environmental protection.

The company handles a portion of sales promotions and marketing of Sarkuysan products since 1979.

The company, merged with Emsan A.Ş., Kavi A.Ş. and Botel A.Ş. in 2002 to create Bemka Bakır Emaye  Kablo Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., the biggest enamelled copper winding wire factory in Turkey, with a capital of TL 20.000.000,00 and for this reason, Bektaş A.Ş. stopped production in 2003. Bemka A.Ş. started operation soon after the merger and continuously increased the demand potential for its products thanks to their superior quality and active marketing policy both in the domestic and international markets. Bektaş A.Ş. has a 17% stake in Bemka A.Ş.

Incorporated in Albany, New York in the USA, Sark-Wire Corporation, manufactures a wide range of top quality electrolytic copper conductors in various diameters in compliance with international standards.

Sark Bulgaria AD has been established in 2016 in Shumen,Bulgaria to be able to benefit from the advantages offered by the European Union in exportation and to expand the activities of the Company,Sark Bulgaria AD has a capital of BGN 8,000,000; the shareholding rates of our Company and Sarmakina A.Ş. are 90% and 10%, respectively. The investment procedure of the company has been completed and production has already started.
